Can I resell my site?

Yes. Your site is your property and you can sell it to whoever you like. The only thing you cannot do is sell copies of your site.

For example:

Somebody emails you and offers to buy your site of you. You may sell your site to him or her.

You can not make duplicates of your site and sell them.
